Bids must be submitted upon the forms furnished by the County. Only registered Bidders will be on record to receive Addenda. Bids will only be accepted from firms that attend the Pre-Bid Meeting.
There will be a mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting held at 9:00 A.M. on May 6
