Project Description: Salt Lake County, on behalf of the Facilities Management (“FM”) Division, “County” is soliciting proposals from qualified firms (“Proposer” or “Architect” or “A/E”) to provide programming and design services for the renovation, tenant improvement, and site adaption of the County Government Center Midvale Campus (“Project”) per the scope of work and requirements below. The County will hire a change management consultant (CM), which the A/E will be required to work and consult with throughout the project. he Project is located at 799 Coliseum Way, Midvale, UT 84047 (the “Property”).
