DOH55959 BPHL FY25 TP-PA Syphilis Testing ODH RFP

This is an RFP solicitation for suppliers to provide the services to the Ohio Department of Health Laboratory (ODHL) to test specimens with discordant results for Treponema Pallidum Particle Agglutination (TPPA) . This is a pilot program and the ODHL is estimating usage at 30 samples per month . This is simply an estimate.

Specimens will be retrieved from the Ohio Department of Health Laboratory at 8995 E. Main Street Reynoldsburg, Ohio 43068 Building 22.

Vendors are required to have the ability to submit testing results via HL7 messaging to ODRS (Ohio Disease Reporting System)

Health Departments will be submitting samples via FedEx from 11 decentralized sites throughout Ohio.

The project is a pilot project, designed to provide syphilis testing to underserve populations in Ohio.

Offerors will need to review the attached RFP ODH #SRC0000027283. Each Offeror must submit a technical proposal and cost proposal as part of its total Proposal before the opening time on the Proposal due date. Further, the Offeror must title the electronic files with “ODH RFP #SRC0000027283/DOH55959 - Technical Proposal” and "ODH RFP #SRC0000027283/DOH55959 - - Cost Proposal” as appropriate.
