Project Description: Salt Lake County, on behalf of the Administrative Services Department “County” is soliciting proposals from qualified firms “Proposer / Consultant / Contractor” to project change management services to facilitate the physical relocation of 35+ county agencies while addressing the human, cultural, and operational aspects of the transition through effective change management strategies. This includes establishing governance, building communication frameworks, engaging employees, and ensuring alignment on workplace practices.
Salt Lake County is undertaking a significant organizational transformation by consolidating approximately 35 agencies from a 500,000-square-foot workspace with a traditional 60/40 workspace-to-office ratio into a modern, 234,000-square-foot, largely open-space environment. This transition poses several challenges:
