Description


The City of Roswell is initiating an update to the City¿s Impact Fee Program as a means to address the
effects of new developments and redevelopments and their associated infrastructure impacts on the City
of Roswell. The City of Roswell seeks a qualified consultant to deliver an impact fee study that is
consistent with the Georgia Development Impact Fee Act of 1990 and any amendments.
