Summary Machine strip all tiled floors, taking care to get in corners, along edges and beneath furnishings. Rinse, reseal and refinish all tile floors. Shampoo carpet using extraction method. Care shall be exercised so that baseboards, walls and furniture shall not be splashed, marred, disfigured or damaged during these operations. This is for both buildings which is a total of 22,166 sq ft. Vendor is recommended to come to property to do visual square footage of their own to better know what they are bidding on and to the extent of whats needed to do the job.
