The State of Utah - Division of Facilities Construction and Management (DFCM) is requesting bids for the construction of the referenced project:
Project Description:Planting of low maintenance, native plants, moving planting out of existing retaining walls, replacing the existing retaining wall and also installing new SUMP drainage pits at the rear of the building to reduce ice build up in the staff parking area. The new retaining wall will be cast in place concrete.
Construction Cost Estimate:$364,000.00
