Description:
Renovation of ca. 1921 historic building once home to the Coulter Academy the first school for African Americans in Chesterfield County, SC. The project will shore up foundation members in the crawlspace, fully renovate interior to preserve existing conditions, adding a 2nd means of egress from the 2nd floor, and coverting the house to an education center with office space, restrooms, kitchen. There is a non-mandatory pre-bid on site on 6/3/2025 at 10AM.
