Approximately 480 linear feet (LF) of roadway improvements including but not limited to: hard surface demolition, installation of asphalt roadway surface, concrete and paver sidewalks, raised paver speed hump, and concrete curbing. Some improvements to the storm sewer. Other amenity improvements include: park benches, trash receptacle, bike racks, a crosswalk paver mural and landscaping.
