Description:
The Town of Varnville is initiating this Request for Proposals (RFP) to identify a qualified consulting firm regarding scoping, study and development of comprehensive Gin Feasibility Study as described in the proposal documents. These services will be provided under contract with the Town of Varnville, with funding provided in whole or in part by SCRC. All federal SCRC requirements will apply to the contract.
