Description
Purpose of Procurement
Pursuant to the State Purchasing Act (Official Code of Georgia Annotated 50-5-50 et seq.), this electronic Request for Proposals (eRFP) is being issued to establish a contract with a qualified supplier who will provide USG Pooled Investment Services to the Board of Regents of the University System of Georgia (USG) as further described in this eRFP.
The Board of Regents of the University System of Georgia seeks professional financial services to manage the System¿s Pooled Investment Fund Program. The selected Offeror should have the ability to serve in a full fiduciary capacity as discretionary investment advisor and custodian for the University System¿s investment pools. These pooled funds have been designed to provide a full representation of risk/return options for the participating institutions and affiliated/cooperative organizations.
