Radiotherapy Treatment Planning Software

Project Description: Mays Cancer Center in San Antonio is the UT Health in San Antonio cancer center and an MD Anderson network partner. In radiation oncology, we treat more than 1,200 patients per year on four linear accelerators (three ELEKTA Versa HD and one Novalis Tx). Our current planning system is Pinnacle and has been in use for the past 17 years. Although it has served us well, it is reaching end-of-life, and we are now looking for a replacement treatment planning platform. We are soliciting proposals for a complete replacement of our treatment planning system with a solution that incorporates the latest in optimization and delivery technology of radiation treatments and incorporates where appropriate AI solutions and workflow efficiencies while maintaining compatibility with our existing treatment delivery platforms.
