Solicitation Summary
The Maryland Department of Housing and Community Development (DHCD) is issuing this Purchase Order Request for Proposals (PORFP) to renew existing Commvault Corporate subscription licenses and Premiere Support coverage. This procurement is restricted to authorized resellers who hold an active Master Contract under the Commercial Off-the-Shelf Software (COTS 2012) BPO # 060B2490021.
Small Business Reserve (SBR) Notice: This is a Small Business Reserve Procurement for which the award will be limited to certified small business vendors. Only businesses that meet the statutory requirements set forth in State Finance and Procurement Article, §§ 14-501 — 14-505, and that are certified by the GOSBA Small Business Reserve Program, are eligible for the award.
Scope of Work: The Department requires the renewal of Commvault Premiere Support Coverage to support departmental IT operations and data protection.
