CPM Construction Schedule Review

Brief description: MnDOT requests letters of interest for Critical Path Management (CPM) construction schedule reviews for various State Projects within District 7 during the 2025, 2026 and 2027 construction seasons. The goal of this project is to provide reports articulating the results of the CPM construction schedule review as well as periodic written and verbal conversations in order to provide proper interpretation and context of the determination of the acceptability of the schedule.
