Frederick County, Maryland invites proposals from qualified vendors for providing Pre-cast Concrete Headwalls & Stormwater Boxes. Please refer to IFB #26-601 when inquiring about this solicitation.

A Virtual Pre-Bid Conference will be held on March 19, 2026, at 2:30 PM EST .  Register with the buyer, Alexis Haines, at AHaines@frederickcountymd.gov to receive the Microsoft Teams meeting link. Additionally, you may call 1-667-217-6643, phone conference ID 998 972 999# and you will be conferenced in.

Due Date: April 14, 2026, by 2:30 PM EST. Bids shall be submitted electronically through OpenGov. Bids will be opened via Microsoft Teams.
