Apparel, Accessories and Other Related Products and Services

Lewisville Independent School District is accepting proposals for RFP #3302-25 Apparel, Accessories and Other Related Products and Services for students and staff on an as-needed basis. The District is requesting proposals from vendors who supply apparel and accessory items, such as but not limited to, shirts, pants, caps, performance uniforms, work related uniforms, and any other related miscellaneous apparel items and accessories. This is a Catalog/Discount RFP with indefinite quantities as needed by The District.

All interested vendors, including sole source providers, are encouraged to respond to this request for proposal in its entirety and should submit all required bid attachments regardless of sole source status to be considered. The evaluation of incomplete proposals will be impacted in the scoring evaluation criteria by missing or incomplete information.

The RFP #3302-25 shall be awarded at District discretion, and may be awarded to one or multiple vendors determined to be the best value to the District.

Upon award the initial term of this proposal shall be from April 2025 - April 2027. Based on the long-range needs of the District and mutual consent of both parties, and contingent on approval by the LISD Board of Trustees, there will be two successive renewal options, each consisting of a two year term.

Initial Term: April 2025 - April 2027

Tentative Second Term - Renewal Option: April 2027 -April 2029

Tentative Third Term - Renewal Option: April 2029 -April 2031
