Contract No. 24-10 Cranberry Township Municipal Sewer Project

Project Description: Notice is hereby given that the Cranberry Township Board of Supervisors, Butler County, 2525 Rochester Road, Suite 400, Cranberry Township, PA 16066-6499, will accept sealed bids for the following contracts: Contract No. 24-10 Cranberry Township Municipal Sewer Project Provide all labor, materials, equipment and supervision necessary for the replacement of the Franklin Acres Pump Station and Force Main, as more clearly specified in the Contract Documents. Bidding documents are available at no cost on PennBid (www.pennbid.net). Proposals shall be submitted upon forms provided by the Township. Bids will be received electronically via the PennBid Program until 10:00 AM on Wednesday, January 22, 2025, at which time the bids will be opened, with the results made available on PennBid. Bids submitted directly to Cranberry Township will be invalid and considered non-responsive. Questions regarding this bid shall be submitted via the “Messages” feature within PennBid. All bids must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of One-Thousand Dollars ($1,000) payable to Cranberry Township. All bids shall remain irrevocable for 90 days after the actual date of the opening. The estimated cost of this Project is greater than Twenty-five Thousand Dollars ($25,000) and will be funded partially using EPA Grant monies and therefore Davis-Bacon Prevailing Wage and Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act requirements shall apply. Contractors will be required to demonstrate compliance with Federal requirements associated with this EPA Funding.
