Description

The Medical Readiness Contracting Office – Pacific intends to issue a sole source solicitation for a non-personal service contract for maintenance of the Government owned San-I-Pak sterilizer located at Tripler Army Medical Center, Hawaii. Services to include all labor, parts, material and travel, to maintain the Government owned equipment in a fully functional condition in accordance with Original Equipment Manufacturer specifications. This is a new/initial requirement.



The anticipated period of performance consists of a base period plus four option periods with performance commencing in July 2025. FAR 52.217-8, Option to Extend Services, is applicable to this prospective contract.



The proposed acquisition will be sole sourced to San-I-Pak Pacific, Inc. due to proprietary hardware. The NAICS code for this proposed procurement is 811210. The Contracting Officer is Mr. Tae Kim, tae.h.kim76.civ@health.mil and the Contract Specialist is Mr. Ronnie Sakata, ronnie.t.sakata.civ@health.mil
