Request for Proposals: RFP 25-009 - Janitorial Service

The City of Powder Springs (the “City”) invites sealed proposals from qualified janitorial service providers to deliver routine cleaning, periodic deep cleaning, and on‑call services at designated municipal facilities. Proposers must meet or exceed the requirements of this RFP and submit proposals by May 16, 2025 at noon EDT.

A mandatory site visit will be held May 1 at 9 a.m. at Public Works City Yard, 3006 Springs Industrial Drive, Powder Springs.

Questions regarding this RFP must be submitted by May 9, 2025, at noon EDT.
