2026/2027 Lubricants Pricing Form
The City of Hazelwood is looking to purchase oil and anti-freeze for its municipal vehicles for the 2027
fiscal year that runs from July 1, 2026, to June 30, 2027. The quantities below are estimated usage and
may not reflect actual usage. All purchases shall be made on an as needed basis.
Completed pricing forms shall be submitted by email to Nikki Miller, Public Works Coordinator, at
mmmiller@hazelwoodmo.org or mailed to the Hazelwood Maintenance Garage, 115 Ford Lane,
Hazelwood, MO 63042 by 12:00 PM on Friday, May 29, 2026.

All lubricants shall be delivered to the Hazelwood Maintenance Garage at 115 Ford Lane, Hazelwood,
MO 63042. All environmental and safety precautions shall be taken when delivering lubricants.
