The City of Thousand Oaks desires to enter into Contractor Services agreements with able, qualified, and responsible Contractors to provide on-call services for essential and emergency service needs as they may occur.
On-call contracted services will be in the following areas of CSLB Licensing Classifications: 1) C-20 Mechanical, 2) C-10 Electrical, 3) C-36 Plumbing, 4) C-39 Roofing/Waterproofing, 5) C-43 Sheet Metal, 6) C-46 Solar Repair & Maintenance, 7) C-28 Locksmiths, 8) C-61/D-28 Doors/Frames/Hardware, 9) C-61/D-28 Coiling Overhead Doors, Vehicle Gates & Dock Levelers, 10) B-General Contracting Services, 11) C-7 Low Voltage Systems & Data Equipment Services, 12) Pest Control Services, 13) HAZ- Remediation Services, 14) A-General Engineering (Construction), 15) C-6 Cabinet, Millwork, & Finish Carpentry 16) C-8 Concrete, 17) C-9 Drywall & Framing, 18) C-13 Fencing, 19) C-15 Flooring & Floor Coverings, 20) C-17 Glazing, 21) C-29 Masonry, 22) C-33 Painting & Wall Coverings, 23) C-35 Lathing & Plastering, 24) C-45 Signage, 25) C-51 Structural Steel.
The Facilities Division of the Finance Department is seeking qualifications from firms or individuals who wish to be added to the City’s pre-qualified on-call list of contractors to perform one or more services as listed herein on an as needed basis. These services are typically unplanned for which staff is either not available, or which requires specialized knowledge. Inclusion on the Facilities On-Call List is not a guarantee of work. Firms may submit qualifications for any or all service categories for which they are qualified. Contracts will likely be awarded to multiple firms for each service with a three (3) year term. Work would be assigned on a rotating basis for categories of job tasks that would qualify more than one contractor.
