Project Description: This Request for Proposal (RFP) is issued by the City of Rio Rancho to establish a contract through competitive negotiations for the design of the extension of Loma Colorado Boulevard from Silent Springs Drive to Broadmoor Boulevard. The project will include a two-lane roadway with auxiliary turn lanes, as well as striping, lighting, and signal improvements. Additionally, it will involve the development of a box culvert to facilitate the road crossing over the Arroyo de Los Montoyas, and the addition of a roundabout at the intersection of Chessman Drive and Silent Springs Drive.
