Solicitation Summary
This project, located in Baltimore County, is for the intersection reconstruction of MD 30 (Hanover Pike) at Bortner Road / Dover Road. Beginning at the intersection and extending in all four cardinal directions for a total approximate distance of 0.08 miles.
The work will consist of the following:
(a) Milling, wedge & level, overlay, and resurfacing the existing asphalt pavement.
(b) Full-Depth patching.
(c) Upgrading an existing culvert, end sections, and outfall.
(d) Proposed curb and gutter.
(e) Replacing an existing hazard identification beacon (HIB) signal.
(f) Signing and pavement markings.
