Project Description: The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit sealed proposals to establish a contract through competitive negotiation for the provision of American Society of Addiction Medicine (ASAM) Levels 3.5 and 3.7 detox residential treatment services, Residential Crisis Stabilization services and 23-hour crisis stabilization in community-based sites for adolescents, aged 13-17 (or younger on a case-by-case basis), who need substance detoxification and/or crisis stabilization services.
