This Invitation for Bids (IFB) is issued to procure the goods or services, as specified in this Section 2, from a contract between the successful bidder(s) and the State of Maryland (“State”) to provide open-ended, on-call roadside litter pickup services on MD 32 (from Howard County line to I 97 including ramps/interchanger), MD 3 (from Prince Georges County line to I 97), and MD 198 (from Prince Georges County line to MD 32) roadways under the purview of the Annapolis Maintenance Shop.
