Notice is given that on Tuesday February 17, 2026, at 2:00PM the Metropolitan Council will receive
and publicly open separate sealed bids for Heywood Garage Blue Lot and Plaza, Project Number
62790/64317/64413, Contract Number 25P287.
The work of this project includes new concrete curbs, signage, stair removal, and asphalt patching.
The work also includes the placement of plaza pergola and planters as well as the removal and
replacement of plaza pavers and concrete for better drainage and accessibility.

North anytime without needing Council escort during business hours. Please check in your vehicle at
the front reception of the Heywood Office and Police building.
