Description
The Department of Human Services (DHS) is undertaking an initiative to modernize the child support case management system. The Support Tracking, Accounting, and Reporting System ($TARS) is the case management system for the Division of Child Support Services (DCSS). The DCSS System Modernization Project (¿project¿) involves replacing $TARS with a Hybrid Enhancement solution which involves using a Platform-based solution. Georgia Technology Authority (GTA) is seeking to procure the services of a qualified supplier to provide Independent Verification and Validation (IV&V) services for the duration of the modernization effort.
