The Department of Agriculture and Industries is seeking an annual agreement to perform crane maintenance at our Mitchem Sparks Regional Diagnostic Laboratory (Boaz Lab) located at 1833 Industrial Blvd., Boaz, AL 35957.

Suppliers who need assistance with submitting their bid may contact the Alabama Buys Helpdesk at (334) 353-0700.  Please note: Monday, September 7, 2026 is a State holiday.  The Alabama Buys Helpdesk will not be available to assist Suppliers on that day.

Description of Service: Laboratory Crane Equipment Maintenance and Repairs.

Note: All repairs must be completed by a TC/American authorized service provider. The Alabama Department Of Agriculture and Industries reserves the right to request documentation that Supplier is a TC/American authorized service provider.

Note To Supplier: Model/Part Number and Descriptive Literature

The brands and model numbers referenced provide a level of quality, and unless otherwise specified, are not restrictive. Suppliers quoting alternate items must provide a complete model/part number as well as descriptive/technical literature for consideration and evaluation with their quote. Reference to literature with a previous solicitation will not satisfy this requirement.  Failure to provide the required literature may result in the rejection of the supplier’s response.
