The Coastal Bend Bays & Estuaries Program, Inc. (CBBEP) will receive sealed bids for SAN

PATRICIO NAVIGATION DISTRICT MARINA DOCK REPLACEMENT, SAN PATRICIO,

TEXAS until 10:00 AM, on June 16, 2025.

The work consists of replacing the existing timber decking and selected timber piles. The

boardwalk is for pedestrian foot traffic only. The new decking will generally resemble the

previous one, including approximate location of the replacement timber piles. All demolished

material should be removed from the site. Timber piles to remain shall be protected during

demolition.

A non-mandatory pre-bid conference will be held virtually via Zoom (meeting link in attached bid packet) at 1:00 PM on May 29, 2025. Attendance is highly recommended.

Bids may be hand delivered or delivered via FedEx or UPS to 1305 N. Shoreline, Suite 205,

Corpus Christi, Texas 78401. Bids may also be submitted via email to mkramer@cbbep.org by

the Bid due date. CBBEP will not be responsible for mail delays or lost mail. Bids should

be addressed to the attention of Mary Baker and should include the bid opening date/time and

the words, “Sealed Bid – Do Not Open” on the envelope. All bids must be received by

CBBEP no later than 10:00 AM on June 16, 2025. All bids received after the deadline

will be returned unopened.

Bids will be opened publicly and read aloud at 1:00 PM on June 16, 2025. Information on how

to connect to the webinar/teleconference will be provided with a PDF copy of the bid documents.

All questions shall be submitted to LJA (Bing Zhang, (bzhang@lja.com), and the deadline for

questions will be 3:00 PM on June 6, 2025.
