The Massachusetts Port Authority (the “Authority”), owner and operator of Boston - Logan International Airport (“Logan Airport”), invites proposals from qualified firms, organizations or concession operators (each a “Respondent”) interested in entering into a concession agreement for the provision and operation of Automated Teller Machine(s) (“ATM(s)”) at selected locations in the terminals at Logan Airport, Hanscom Field, Worcester Regional Airport, and at Logan Express (“LEX”) locations as further detailed in this RFP (“ATM Concession”) and the Automatic Teller Machine Concession Agreement (“Concession Agreement”).
