Public Notice is hereby given that on July 8, 2026 at 11:00 a.m., prevailing time, or as soon thereafter, at the Municipal
Building, Jockish Square, Paramus, New Jersey, the Borough will receive Sealed Proposals for the:
BOROUGH OF PARAMUS – 2026 FALL TREE BID
Specifications will be distributed at a cost of $10.00 per set or emailed at no cost.
Specifications may be obtained at the office of the Borough Clerk, Paramus Borough Hall, 1 Jockish Square, Paramus,
New Jersey, during normal business hours 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday, commencing June 18,
2026. Specifications may also be obtained via email upon request.
Said proposals must be enclosed in a sealed envelope bearing the name and address of the bidder, and must
be addressed to the Borough Clerk of the Borough of Paramus. The envelope must also indicate A Bid Proposal.
Any addenda(s) to be issued will be posted on the Borough of Paramus’ website in accordance with N.J.S.A.
40A:11-23(c)(1). All potential bidders shall check the website from now through bid opening. It is the sole
responsibility of the bidders to be knowledgeable of all addenda(s) related to this procurement.
No bidder shall be allowed to withdraw his bid for a period of sixty (60) days after the proposals, or bids are
opened. The Mayor & Council reserve the right to waive any informalities or defect in any bid, to reject any and all
bids, or to accept such bids that, in the discretion of the Council, are in the best interest of the Borough.
Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27
regarding Equal Employment Opportunity, as amended, New Jersey Statutes Title 19 Fair and Open Process, the
borough of Paramus and all other applicable laws.
