Architectural & Engineering Design Services for Modifications to Building Areas for Support Surge Spaces

Purchase College is soliciting proposals to provide architectural and MEP design services to modify some existing areas in our Natural Sciences Building to act as temporary surge spaces while the entire lower level of the building is being renovated.

Pre-Bid/Proposal Meeting and Walk-Thru: There will be a non-mandatory pre-proposal meeting at 10:00 a.m. on January 7, 2025, in the Capital Facilities Building conference room at Purchase College, 735 Anderson Hill Road, Purchase, New York 10577-1402.
