Pineland Mental Health Roofing Project

The Bulloch Cnty BOC is accepting sealed bids for: removal of old roofing & install of a Modified Bitumen Roof System on the upper-level roof at Pineland Mental Health, 11 N College St., S¿boro GA 30458. There will be a mandatory pre-bid mtng on 8/26/25, at 10:00 AM, at job site. All contractors wishing to submit a bid must attend pre-bid mtng. If contractor or a rep of contractor does not attend mtng, any submsn for proj will be rejted. Questions not asked at the mandatory pre-bid mtng will be directed to Purchng Mgr no later than 8/27/25, by 4:00 PM. Resps to questions will be addressed no later than 8/28/25, by 4:00 PM. The deadline for receipt of sealed bids is 3:00 PM, 9/9/25. Late bids will not be considered. Faxed or e-mailed bids will not be accptd. Bidders are responsible for actual delivery of sealed bids during norm bus hrs to the Bulloch Cnty BOC, 115 N Main St., S¿boro, GA 30458. The orig bid and one copy with supporting docs must be submitted in a sealed clearly mrkd env. At time and date of bid deadline, bids will be opened and cost components read aloud at the BOC North Main Anx, at the above-referenced address. The written bid documents supersede any verbal or written prior communications between the parties.
