Broken or damaged drums will not be accepted. Each = (1) 55-gallon Drum The concrete sealer material shall be on the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet/Division of Approved Materials. This is for Districts 1-12 and the Division of Maintenance. Vendors will be required to ship to any county in Kentucky.
