Description:
The overall project (base bid + alternate) is to perform upgrades to the existing mechanical system in the 1982 and 1991 portions of the building. Additional work includes replacing suspended ceilings, bathroom finishes, fixtures, and extending the fire sprinkler in the 1982 and 1991 addition.
