The primary goal of this project is to evaluate the Town’s water and sewer infrastructure and develop a Capital Improvement’s Plan to guide future investments and improvements. This includes assessing the financial capability of the system for existing and future needs, evaluating the condition of the water and sewer systems, and identifying critical areas requiring repair or upgrades.

Pre-Bid Information:

The Town of Williston is issuing this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to identify a licensed engineer to provide a full range of engineering services to support the implementation of the Infrastructure Planning project. These services will be provided under contract with the Town of Williston with funding provided in whole or in part by the South Carolina Rural Infrastructure Authority (RIA) under RIA State Grant #P-25-5041.
