SCCADVASA is soliciting proposals from qualified consultants for the preparation of a strategic action plan for sexual assault response organizations. The action plan will identify core elements and values of services and support provided to survivors and will inform the revision of the Outcomes and Standards for Rape Crisis and Sexual Assault Centers developed in partnership with the South Carolina Department of Public Health.
