APEX Accelerators are an official government contracting resource for small businesses. Find your local APEX Accelerator (opens in new window) for free government expertise related to contract opportunities.
APEX Accelerators are funded in part through a cooperative agreement with the Department of Defense.
The APEX Accelerators program was formerly known as the Procurement Technical Assistance Program (opens in new window) (PTAP).
The Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs (INL) is responsible for
countering international crime, illegal drugs, and instability abroad to make America safer,
stronger, and more prosperous, while securing our borders and strengthening international
partners for the US Department of State (DOS). Through this statement of work, INL-El
Salvador supports efforts to strengthen the National Academy of Public Security (ANSP) by
providing computer and technical equipment that enhances training and operational
capabilities at the San Luis Talpa campus. This acquisition addresses a technology capability
gap by modernizing portable computing, secure storage, memory capacity, and document
digitization resources, contributing to stronger institutional outcomes, improved operational
readiness, and sustainable capacity for ANSP personnel.
