Vendor to provide a quote to remove existing laminated flooring and replace it with laminated flooring on double wide trailer.
Also, vendor to remove existing ceramic tile down to the concrete, clean and coat with epoxy level and finish.
Vendor required to move furniture and put back in place once work is completed.
Price to include flooring, supplies, materials, equipment, etc. needed to complete requested work.  Vendor will be required to dispose of all trash resulting from job.

Any vendor responding to this solicitation will be required to visit this location and view areas.
If vendor does not visit site, quote submitted will not be considered.

The date set aside to visit this location is March 17, 2026, from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Once at the site, please direct any questions you have regarding scope of work to Mark Hosch.
Vendors attending site will be required to sign the sign in sheet noting your attendance so bid submitted by your company are reviewed.
Vendors responding to this solicitation should be no further than 100 miles away from ALDOT location.

Work to be conducted at the following address:  ALDOT, Birmingham Area Complex, 1020 Bankhead Highway, Birmingham, AL. 35204 (Specific area affected: Trailer and District 1).
