Provide professional architectural and engineering design for the Working Drawings and Construction Phases of the above project
All work shall be performed under the Responsible Charge of a design professional, and/or contractor, licensed in the State of California.
The estimated cost of construction for projects approximately ranges from $10,000.00 to $15,000,000.00.
The estimated duration of this contract will be 5 years.
