Scope of Work The objective of this project the upgrade the existing gravel parking lots with asphalt. The upgrade will include wheel stops, post- mounted parking signs in select areas, and parking lot marking and striping. Designers are required to determine ADA parking requirements and investigate regulatory requirements for stormwater control measures in accordance with DEQ regulations. Completion of this project is contingent upon receipt of full State Funding. Initial "Design Only" funding will support 100% Design through approved Construction Documents (CD). Funding for Bidding, Construction Administration, and Closeout services will be budgeted from the 2025-2027 Biennium.
