Workers Compensation Certified Network and Cost Containment Services

Project Description: The City of Dallas (hereinafter referred to as “City”) is soliciting proposals from organizations (hereinafter referred to as “Proposer”) licensed to provide medical cost containment services through a Workers’ Compensation Certified Network in accordance with the Texas Insurance Code, Chapter 1305 for the City’s self insured Workers’ Compensation Program. The scope of the work will encompass all aspects of City operations and requires extensive experience in Workers’ Compensation medical cost containment and knowledge of Texas Labor Code, the Texas Workers’ Compensation Healthcare Network Act enacted September 1, 2005 by the Texas Legislature as codified in the Texas Insurance Code, Chapter 1305 and 28 Texas Admin Code, Chapter 10.
