The City of Phoenix (City) Water Services Department (WSD) is seeking a qualified Contractor
to provide a full-service odor control management program (Program) that includes equipment
systems and installation, inventory management, storage and delivery logistics, sampling,
service monitoring and maintenance, on-going technical and applications support, rate tracking and reporting, performance goal monitoring, and chemical supply of Ferrous Chloride (FeCl2)and Hydrogen Peroxide (H2O2) at designated locations to optimize the wastewater collection system odor control treatment process.
