The City of Phoenix is seeking up to 10 qualified consultants to provide High-Capacity Transit Materials Testing services on an on-call basis from January 1, 2026 through December 31, 2030.
This project will utilize Federal Transit Administration funds and is subject to the requirements of 49 Code of Federal Regulations Part 26 and the U.S. Department of Transportation Disadvantage Business Enterprises Program.
