Mass Timber Technology Online Courses

Oregon State University intends to contract for the provision of mass timber technology online course creation from Wood Research and Development as a sole source because of the uniqueness (design, capability, nature) of the services and the contractor being the only provider able to meet critical parameters to support research and/or business needs of the university. Supplier must have experience in a combination of both diverse real-world timber engineering experience, ranging from light-frame, to heavy timber, mass timber and other structures like bridges, and experience creating training materials/learning materials for engineers in the field of timber design and more specifically in mass timber engineering. Our partner must have a track record of innovation and ability to create solutions using new technology. An entity may appeal this determination in accordance with OSU Standard 03-010. Section 5.17 no later than the closing date indicated on the website.
