THERE WILL BE FOUR (4) MANDATORY SITE VISITS/MEETINGS FOR THIS PROJECT, ALL
TO BE HELD ON SEPTEMBER 25, 2026. THE FIRST MANDATORY PRE-BID MEETING IS
SCHEDULED FOR 10:00 A.M. ON SEPTEMBER 25, 2026. CONTRACTORS ARE TO FIRST
MEET AT THE NJDOT GLASSBORO MAINTENANCE YARD OFFICE BUILDING AT 126

THE SECOND MANDATORY SITE VISIT/MEETING WILL BE HELD IMMEDIATELY
FOLLOWING THE MEETING IN GLASSBORO. CONTRACTORS WILL MEET AT THE
CARNEYS POINT SP WEIGH STATION AT ROUTE 295 NORTHBOUND, MILE POST 3.6,
CARNEYS POINT, SALEM COUNTY, NJ 08069 (GPS COORDINATES: 39.70090, -75.45954).
THE THIRD MANDATORY SITE VISIT/MEETING WILL BE HELD IMMEDIATELY
FOLLOWING THE MEETING IN CARNEYS POINT. CONTRACTORS WILL MEET AT THE
NJDOT CHERRY HILL MAINTENANCE YARD OFFICE BUILDING AT 120 FRONTAGE
ROAD, CHERRY HILL, CAMDEN COUNTY, NJ 08034 (GPS COORDINATES: 39.90389,
-74.98461).
THE FOURTH MANDATORY SITE VISIT/MEETING WILL BE HELD IMMEDIATELY
FOLLOWING THE MEETING IN CHERRY HILL. CONTRACTORS WILL MEET AT THE
NJDOT MANAHAWKIN MAINTENANCE YARD OFFICE BUILDING, MANAHAWKIN,
OCEAN COUNTY, NJ 0805 (GPS COORDINATES: 39.69451, -74.26486).

Bidders must be classified by the Division under N.J.S.A. 52:35-1 et seq and must submit bid security
as provided in Instructions to Bidders and General Conditions, Revised March 2026. No Bidder may
withdraw its bid for 60 calendar days after the opening. The State may reject any and all bids in
accordance with applicable law.
Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27-
