Description: SUNY Schenectady is accepting proposals from qualified contractors to provide Public Relations & Advertising Services for the College. Proposals shall cover all labor and materials to perform these services in conformity with the contents of the Request for Proposals. A Pre-proposal teleconference will be held December 3, 2024, 10:30 a.m. Those wishing to participate should RSVP to purchasing@sunysccc.edu and access information will be provided. Deadline for submission of questions from Interested Bidders: 12/12/24 Answers to questions will be posted in the form of an addendum to be posted NLT 12/18/24. All Deadlines are listed in the TIMETABLE OF KEY EVENTS on the cover page of the RFP document. Bidders are encouraged to pay particular attention to the required format and forms required for a successful response. Please allow ample time for delivery of bid proposals when using courier services. Late submissions cannot be accepted.
