The scope of work for the existing restroom facility at Rayola Park includes removal of the existing roof system and skylights with substrate repair or replacement and new roofing installation; painting of all previously painted interior and exterior surfaces; removal and replacement of signage; installation of new mechanical, plumbing, and electrical systems; replacement of plumbing fixtures as indicated; and cleaning of all interior and exterior surfaces.

Qualifications:

Bidders shall submit documents as noted in Section 2, Requirements for Bidders. A Bidder who submits the bid form only will be rejected at time of opening.

Special Requirements:

This project is bid in accordance with the Oklahoma Public Competitive Bidding Act of 1974. The bidder with the successful bid will be required to enter into a Contract with the City of Owasso and execute all necessary bonds (Statutory, Performance, and Maintenance) in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract Price, provide proof of insurance, as well as comply with all appropriate city, state, and federal codes and ordinances. A Bid Bond is NOT required for this project.

Miscellaneous:

Addendums to this project will be posted on the City of Owasso website. Each Bidder is responsible for determining that they have received all Addendums issued and included such in their bid submittal.
