This notice is intended strictly for market research. The purpose of this Sources Sought Notice is to determine interest and capability of potential qualifications of firms relative to the North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) 339112. The Department of Veteran s Affairs is seeking all business manufacturers or distributors of the following brand name only request.
REQUIREMENT: The Providence, RI VA Medical Center is currently seeking fourteen (14) brand name only Waterloo Healthcare Isolation Carts with corresponding IV Poles. These carts are customized Waterloo Healthcare brand isolation carts and are not available off standard product catalogs.
The vendor shall provide all equipment, accessories, applicable training, and manuals.

2. No substitutions exact model and specifications are required.
