Project Description
Construction of New Refrigeration Plant Building and Mechanical Systems for the Sliding Sports Track at Mt Van Hoevenberg in Lake Placid, NY.
Work shall be completed as per the Schedule of Important Dates and Times.

Pre-Bid Site Visit/Meeting: 04 December 2024 1:30 PM (Local Time)
End of Questions: 11 December 2024 5:00 PM (Local Time)
Addendum*: 16 December 2024 2:00 PM (Local Time)
Bids Due: 19 December 2024 2:00 PM (Local Time)
Earliest Date of Mobilization: 31 January 2025
Substantial Completion: 31 December 2025
Final Completion: 15 May 2026

*Latest date of Addendum release. Owner may release Addendum prior if need be.
